We are very sorry to hear your item did not work out for you. If you would like to return your non-defective item please be certain that the item is returned in the exact new condition as it was received within 7 days of the date you received your shipment. You will need the original box as well. A refund of the bid price minus a $5 restocking fee only will be issued upon receipt of item. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. All items received after 15 days have passed from the receipt of your shipment will only receive 50% credit/refund on there bid price. To receive a refund or exchange for your item please send the item back with its original box and paper work if applicable inside a mailing bag or shipping box. Any item sent taped in its original product boxing will be denied. If you want to exchange the item please include a note with your return identifying that you would like a credit on account so you can use that towards the purchase of another item. You may purchase/bid on the alternate item now and then use your credit to pay for it once the returned item is processed. You must include your invoice # or eBay item ID # in the package along with a note for the reason of your return.
