DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS:
If you have selected our 3 Business Day Service or 2 Business Day Service, these services are shipped via UPS. UPS does offer guarantees on their 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select services to get your shipment to you by the end of the day on Christmas Eve, December 24th, 2010, when you follow the guidelines below:
3 Business Day Service: Please make sure your payment has cleared by 3:00 AM Arizona Standard Time on Tuesday, December 21st.
2 Business Day Service: Please make sure your payment has cleared by 3:00 AM Arizona Standard Time on Wednesday, December 22nd.
Our Standard service is sent using UPS Ground. UPS does not guarantee shipping transit times for their Ground service due to circumstances beyond their control which may occur, such as severe weather delays, however, there is a high likelihood of your items arriving before Christmas Day, December 25th, 2010, if you follow the guidelines below:
UPS Ground Service to the U.S.: Please make sure your payment has cleared by 3:00 AM Arizona Standard Time on Tuesday, December 14th.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: We are normally able to guarantee delivery within 3-9 Business Days of when your payment clears, however, it is always a good idea to allow an extra day. In extreme cases, weather or Customs delays during the holiday season may cause this normally guaranteed delivery time to be extended.
