RETURN GUIDELINES:


  1. Product must be in the exact new condition it was received in.
  2. Original product box must be included with your return.
  3. Return must have outer packaging. (Please do not return your order taped up in its original product box without outer packaging. Any return that arrives this way will be subject to a 35% restocking fee.)
  4. Item must be returned within 365 days from the date it was delivered. Please note: A restocking fee in the amount of $8 will apply. 
  5. All returns are processed within 1-4 business days of when they are received and we will send you an e-mail confirmation once your return has been processed.
  6. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Defective returns: In the rare case that an item does become defective upon use, please contact us at support@shoeboxsavings.com and we will be glad to assist you. Please note that international defective items will be handled on a case by case basis.


If your item is damaged or lost during shipment: A full refund of the purchase price including shipping and handling will be issued upon receipt of damage or loss claim payment from Endicia, UPS or USPS. Please note this process can take up to 8 weeks.
