at Shoebox Savings, we know that returning an online purchase can be
costly and inconvenient. We've taken the expense and the hassle
out of returns by offering an easy-to-fill out form, and free returns
to the Continental U.S. when you sign up for our e-mail
newsletter! We also now offer returns for up to 365 days from the
date of purchase!
Return Guidelines:
1. Product must be in the exact new condition it was received in.
2. Original product box must be included with your return.
3. Return must have outer packaging. (Please do not return your order taped up in its original product box without outer packaging. Any return that arrives this way will be subject to a 35% restocking fee.)
4. Item must be returned within 365 days from the date of purchase.

A restocking fee in the amount of $8 will apply if not a member of the newsletter.
USPS is available as a drop-off location, however, a $3 convenience fee will apply.
Sorry, we do not offer free return labels from these locations. However, the restocking fee will still be eliminated if you become a member of our newsletter. Please e-mail us for an RMA# and return address information at support@shoeboxsavings.com.
"Store credit" is automatically selected on our return form or you can choose a refund option.
Exchange! Sorry we cannot exchange however you can use your store credit to purchase a new size or item if you would like to exchange.
All returns are processed within 1-4 business days of when they are received and we will send you an e-mail confirmation once your return has been processed.
